Cornman Farms
The exhibition kitchen

A full kitchen, a new way to use it

Culinary

The farmhouse has a full, professional exhibition kitchen, one of the best on any farm in Michigan. For more than a decade it was the heart of a farm-to-table dining experience for guests of the farm. We are not planning to run it the same way. We are opening it up instead.

Weddings & Events

Partners and options, matched to your day

For your wedding or event we bring you partners and options: local kitchens, chefs and suppliers we work with and trust, in a range of styles from family-style farm dinners to plated menus to food trucks and grazing tables, at a quality we stand behind. We arrange it with you, your tasting is part of planning, and the farmhouse kitchen is theirs on the day.

The partner list is being finalized for the 2027 season and will be published here. If you have someone in mind, ask us; we are glad to talk with them.

The kitchen’s next life

Tastings and pop-ups

The kitchen and dining room will host wine tastings with Social Vines, our sister vineyard a mile down the road, and pop-up dinners that put a local chef in front of a room for a night. New wines, seasonal menus, small groups, on the farm.

Every week the Social Vines tasting room pours the full list; from time to time we bring it here. Dates are announced on Instagram and in the newsletter.

The bar

Michigan beer and cider, cocktails built for your event, and the Social Vines list, poured under the farm’s license.

The kitchen garden

The garden beside the farmhouse door stays in production for pop-ups and tastings; guests are welcome to walk it.

Dietary needs

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy and religious dietary needs are handled with your food partner during planning.
